Black Stone eIT, a leading software company, is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Consultant / Release Train Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving agile transformations and ensuring successful delivery of software products.
As an Agile Delivery Consultant / Release Train Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement agile principles and practices. You will facilitate the flow of work, remove impediments, and ensure that teams are aligned and working towards common goals.
Responsibilities:- Lead and facilitate agile transformation initiatives across multiple teams and departments.
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and agile ceremonies.
- Track and report project progress to stakeholders and management.
- Remove impediments and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Coach and mentor teams on agile principles and best practices.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Collaborate with other Agile Delivery Consultants / Release Train Engineers to share best practices and drive consistency across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Consultant, Release Train Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, principles, and practices.
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agilist are highly desired.
- Experience leading agile transformations and implementing agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of agile project management tools, such as JIRA or Rally.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
