Global Head of Partnerships
, you will lead and scale Easygenerator’s partnerships function, driving revenue growth through high-impact partner relationships across multiple regions globally, with a primary focus on North-America, Europe and Australia. You’ll own the partnerships acquisition, strategy, and integration of new products like Easy Coach into our ecosystem, and develop a high-performing team.
- Define and execute Easygenerator’s partnerships strategy aligned with our company's revenue and growth goals.
- Integrate our newest product, Easy Coach into the partnerships strategy by identifying new ideal partners.
- Support our partners success managers with strengthening our key strategic partnerships.
- Track partner pipeline, revenue contribution, and overall ROI.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Partnerships team, fostering ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and expectations for the team, ensuring strong execution and collaboration.
- Support career development and performance growth within the team.
- Work closely with the leaders of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure alignment with the wider organization.
- Enable partners with the right messaging, training, and resources to effectively sell and implement Easygenerator's products.
- Act as the internal voice of partnerships, sharing insights and opportunities across the organization.
- Own partner processes, tooling, and reporting.
- Continuously test, learn, and iterate on different partnership models.
- Ensure a high-quality partner experience from onboarding through long-term growth.
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel roles, preferably within a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
- Proven experience leading and managing teams.
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue through partnerships.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven approach.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
