, UAE. 6-7 years of experience on systems administration, infrastructure support and cloud environments is the MUST.
- Strong experience on Windows & Linux Server Administration (both) is MUST to apply for this role

The Systems & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure, with a primary focus on systems hosted on private and public cloud environments. The role involves establishing standards and processes for monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all cloud-hosted systems. The engineer will also collaborate closely with the wider multifunctional team to enhance capabilities and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure stable and reliable operations of IT infrastructure across private and public cloud environments.
- Set standards, processes, and best practices for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing cloud-hosted systems.
- Administer Windows and Linux servers, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of first-level OS issues.
- Perform OS patching, upgrades, hardening, and configuration in alignment with organizational and industry security standards.
- Support and maintain cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, OCI, and Office 365 (preferred).
- Manage and work with virtualization technologies including VMware, Hyper-V, and OVM (preferred).
- Manage core Microsoft services including DNS, DHCP, and File Services (preferred).
- Oversee maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization platforms.
- Monitor datacenter health using existing tools and respond to hardware issues or escalations.
- Build, test, and deploy new servers and infrastructure components as required.
- Collaborate with the Help Desk and other technical teams for troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and technical support.
- Work in a 24×7 shift environment (mandatory).
- 6–7 years of hands-on experience in systems administration, infrastructure support, or cloud environments.
- Relevant technical certifications (preferred), such as:
- Microsoft
