About the Role

We are seeking a motivated IT Graduate to join our dynamic technology team in Dubai. In this entry-level role, you will work on software development projects, assist with cybersecurity initiatives, and gain hands-on experience using Java, Python, and security tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and build a strong foundation for your IT career.

• Develop, test, and maintain Java and Python applications
• Assist in cybersecurity risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and incident response activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews, adhere to coding standards, and implement best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in development and production environments
• Document technical specifications, processes, and knowledge base articles
• Support deployment and integration of applications in cloud and on-premise environments

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 0‑2 years of software development or IT internship experience
• Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment

• Internship or project experience in cybersecurity assessments or security operations
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent
• Familiarity with web frameworks (e.g., Spring, Django) and SQL databases
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Multilingual ability (Arabic and English)
