• Lead the recruitment and on‑boarding of new associates for our Fulfillment Centers, Delivery Stations and Sort Centers
• Support with auditing the compliance to defined processes and procedures including but not limited to Salesforce management, Eligibility, Reporting and Associate Experience
• Continually identify and implement process improvements
• Participate in Workforce Staffing specific projects
• Develop and maintain effective communication processes to ensure smooth and efficient flow of information between key stakeholders
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Workforce Staffing Managers or Specialists

• 6+ months of human resources experience
• 6+ months of customer service experience
• 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• High school or equivalent
• Experience in confidential environments

• 1+ years of human resources experience
