We are looking for a skilled AI Developer to design, build, and deploy end-to-end AIML solutions for a government client in Dubai. This role involves working on production-grade AI systems, with a strong focus on LLMs, NLP, MLOps, and agentic
AI capabilities.
- Design, build, and optimize ML models (NLP, CV, analytics) using Python, PyTorch, Tensor Flow
- Develop, fine-tune, and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications
- Prototype and implement agentic
AI solutions - Build and maintain containerized AI workloads using Docker & Kubernetes/ Open Shift
- Implement and enhance MLOps pipelines for training, deployment, monitoring, and versioning
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards for on-prem deployments
- Collaborate with data scientists, Dev Ops teams, and business stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience in AIML or data science roles
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Tensor Flow, and scikitlearn
- Hands‑on experience with LLMs, NLP frameworks, and prompt engineering
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes/ Open Shift, and GPU-enabled environments
- Good understanding of MLOps, CICD, and data pipelines
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
