BI Analyst

As a BI Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Working closely with end users and cross-functional teams, you will design, implement, and support BI solutions while facilitating complex data requests. This is a dynamic role where you will combine strong technical skills with business acumen to optimize processes, improve reporting capabilities, and enable data-driven strategies across the organization.

• Design, implement, and maintain Business Intelligence solutions that support strategic business objectives.
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and develop optimization strategies.
• Perform data analysis and translate findings into meaningful reports and dashboards.
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain Transact-SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schema designs.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure timely delivery of BI solutions.
• Prepare and present insights to management and cross-functional teams.
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to junior team members.
• Monitor performance, allocate resources, and maintain cost efficiency across BI projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of experience designing and implementing BI solutions.
• 4+ years of database development and management experience, with strong understanding of database structures, principles, and best practices.
• Strong expertise in Transact-SQL (stored procedures, functions, triggers, schema design).
• Hands‑on experience with reporting and query tools, including dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Proven experience analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights.
• Previous experience in the online trading industry is a strong advantage.

• Ability to present complex data in a user‑friendly, business‑oriented manner.
