Senior Quant Developer

• Design and implement Python or/and C++-based trading platforms that integrate with institutional EMS solutions (e.g., LumeFX) for order routing and execution
• Build and maintain execution layers around the EMS, including strategy adapters, order orchestration, and lifecycle management
• Implement broker, liquidity provider, and venue connectivity via FIX APIs and EMS-provided interfaces
• Develop execution logic including scheduling, participation control, throttling, and venue-specific trading behavior
• Ensure system robustness through fault tolerance, retry logic, recovery workflows, and controlled failover
• Build and maintain market data ingestion and consumption pipelines
• Develop simulation, paper‑trading, and replay environments that mirror live EMS‑based execution behavior
• Provide technical leadership through architecture ownership, code reviews, and mentoring of interns

• Advanced proficiency in Python and C++; experience optimizing Python systems using profiling, multiprocessing, and async I/O
• Experience with event‑driven and asynchronous system architectures
• Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable, and testable trading applications
• Strong Linux systems knowledge and understanding of networking fundamentals
• Hands on experience in building data pipelines, data versioning, backfill, and data quality
• Strong understanding of Dev Ops, System Reliability engineering, and Infrastructure engineering
• Experience in governance, observability, and incident response

• Demonstrated experience building production‑grade trading systems
• Strong experience implementing trading platforms around an Execution Management System (EMS) such as LumeFX
• Understanding of FIX protocol, OMS/EMS concepts, and broker/exchange connectivity
• Experience implementing trading risk controls, validations, and operational safeguards
