As a UI/UX Designer, you will spearhead the design of our digital interfaces, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and in line with the latest design trends. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform user insights into innovative solutions that enhance the user experience.
- Lead the design process from concept to final implementation.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Develop high-quality design solutions and functional prototypes.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
- Maintain and improve our design system and UI/UX standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Min. 2-4 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, design systems, basic front-end development, and team leadership.
- Familiarity with React/React Native UI implementations.

- Duty Hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm (including Lunch Break)
Depending Upon Projects and timelines meeting, employees might be asked to stay for long. (No overtime)
