Job Title: Presales Consultant - Compute
Job Purpose: Presales Consultant – AI Infrastructure is responsible for the technical solutioning on AI Infrastructure including on Prem GPU, GPU on lease, AI Networking and Orchestration layer. Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the solution as per the customer requirements. Partner with Data Science, Architecture, and Dev Sec Ops to operationalize AI use cases across the enterprise, ensuring performance, governance, observability, and compliance at every stage.
Work with Product manager to define the product vision and customer satisfaction goals are met
Qualification: Engineering or Equivalent
Experience: 8 to 10 Years
Responsibilities- Work closely with the Sales team to provide full presales assistance in support of the successful achievement of sales targets.
- Illustrate the value of the company's solution to prospects in a compelling manner.
- Responsible for aligning company's capabilities (products and services) with client business requirements through a professional and ethical business approach
- Participate in the completion of submitted RFI/RFP documents, bid coordination, prospect qualification, discovery and requirements gathering, product demonstrations, technical discussions, and design solution proposals.
- Promote and support sales opportunities into existing accounts and help to ensure that customers are successful in their objectives.
- Involve in Proof-Of-Concept (POC) activities in order to assist sales in closing deals
- Conduct discovery workshops to identify AI use cases, data readiness, and platform requirements.
- Design reference architectures for AI workloads (LLM, ML, RAG, predictive analytics) leveraging on-prem
- Explain data models, MLOps workflows, and AI lifecycle management to technical and business stakeholders.
- Stay current on AI trends, GPU acceleration, vector databases, and model optimization techniques.
- Work closely with product manager to generate leads and opportunities
- Provide product Trainings to Internal Sales Teams
- Commercial Discussions with Principals, if required
- Discussions with OEM Presales on Regular basis
- Liaising with Distributors for Product Availability and Prices
- Help Sales close the deals on technical grounds if required
- Business Development activities along with Vendor Teams
- Understanding of AI Technologies.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML platforms, data models, and AI use cases across industries.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Databricks) and model serving frameworks.

- OEM certifications for AI Solutions
- Certifications on Cloud technologies will be an added advantage
