We have an urgent requirement for Banking QA Consultant – Jira Xray Test Management for our banking client in Dubai, UAE. Strong experience on banking processes, payments, trade finance, or core banking systems is THE MUST. Strong experience on Jira Xray Test Management is THE MUST. Strong experience on Functional, regression, and integration testing on banking applications is THE MUST.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Consultant with banking domain experience to support system and process changes. The candidate will be responsible for test planning, execution, UAT coordination, defect management, and ensuring full traceability between business requirements and test scenarios.

• Prepare test plans, test cases, and test scripts for banking system and process changes
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business teams and IT stakeholders
• Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing
• Track, classify, and manage defects through resolution
• Ensure traceability between BRD, solution design, and test scenarios
• Provide real-time testing support during SIT and UAT cycles
• Utilize Jira Xray Test Management for test case management and defect tracking

• 5+ years QA experience in the banking domain
• Hands‑on experience in functional, regression, and integration testing
• Strong experience with Jira Xray Test Management
• Proven ability to coordinate and support UAT with business and IT stakeholders
• Knowledge of banking processes and systems
