Our client is a leading Middle East–based infrastructure investment firm building and owning critical digital infrastructure assets. The firm is launching a greenfield data center platform through joint ventures with best-in-class global developers and operators, focused on enabling AI, cloud and hyperscale capacity.

The Vice President – Data Centers will play a central role in building and scaling the firm’s data center platform. This is a strategic, commercial and partnership-led role, responsible for deploying capital into new developments, shaping the platform strategy, managing JV relationships, and leading engagement with hyperscalers and colocation customers.

You will operate at the intersection of investment, development, operations and customers, acting as the investor-owner representative while working closely with specialist developer and operator partners.

• Shape the data center platform strategy, scaling roadmap and investment playbook.
• Evaluate and structure greenfield data center investments and capital deployment.
• Manage joint venture partners and ensure alignment with performance and return objectives.
• Lead commercial discussions with hyperscalers, enterprises and colocation customers.
• Oversee development and operational progress to ensure delivery against budget, timeline and returns.

• 10+ years’ experience in digital infrastructure / data center investment
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with sufficient technical depth to challenge development and operating assumptions.
• Experience working with platforms, joint ventures or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strategic, relationship-driven and comfortable in a greenfield, build-from-scratch environment
