Position SummaryAt Property Finder, building innovative and user‑centric digital experiences is essential to delivering value and driving growth. We are seeking a detail‑oriented, analytical, and proactive Off‑Page SEO Specialist to strengthen our organic authority, grow high‑quality backlinks, and enhance the site’s visibility and reputation across search engines. The Off‑Page SEO Specialist will lead link acquisition strategies, manage outreach programs, collaborate on digital PR initiatives, and engage with authoritative platforms—including Wikipedia, Reddit, and high‑trust publisher networks—to expand the site’s online footprint.
This role complements our Technical and Content SEO teams by focusing on external signals—premium backlinks, authoritative mentions, community‑driven references, and brand visibility.
- Develop, execute, and scale white‑hat link‑building strategies that drive domain authority and organic visibility.
- Identify backlink opportunities through competitor gap analysis, authority benchmarks, and digital landscape research.
- Build and maintain authoritative links from trusted sources, including publishers, industry platforms, Wikipedia, and high‑signal community sites like Reddit.
- Manage backlink audits and evaluate link quality using tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, and Majestic.
- Monitor and identify harmful links while coordinating disavow processes when needed.
- Manage outreach campaigns to earn coverage from journalists, bloggers, publishers, and niche communities.
- Collaborate with PR and content teams to create linkable assets: data reports, insights, infographics, and evergreen resources.
- Engage proactively on high‑authority community platforms (e.g., Reddit), contributing value, gathering insights, and creating pathways for organic mentions.
- Support the creation and maintenance of Wikipedia citations or references—always following platform guidelines and ethical contribution standards.
- Track and report on backlink growth, domain authority metrics, link diversity, and competitive link landscapes.
- Analyze anchor text patterns, link velocity, risk factors, and overall link profile health.
- Identify opportunities for brand mentions, unlinked references, and content deserving of citation on platforms like Wikipedia and industry directories.
- Partner with Content SEO to develop linkable assets aligned with user intent and industry demand.
- Work with PR, Brand, and Communications teams on campaigns that can generate authoritative coverage and links.
- Collaborate with Product and Data teams when building data‑based stories suitable for high‑authority sites and community sharing.
- Stay current with link‑building best practices, algorithm updates, and off‑page trends.
- Explore new outreach tools, AI‑powered automation, and innovative community‑building tactics.
