What You’ll DoAs the Reconciliation & Payments Manager, you’ll own one of the most critical functions in the company - ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth payment operations across multiple platforms and currencies.
- Manage and oversee reconciliation processes across payment gateways and banks.
- Handle chargebacks, refunds, settlements, and payment disputes end-to-end.
- Develop and maintain clear refund and settlement policies.
- Collaborate with finance, compliance, and product teams to ensure secure and transparent operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements for better tracking, automation, and reporting.
- Proven experience in reconciliation or payment operations, ideally in fintech, online payments, or digital platforms.
- Deep understanding of chargeback management, refunds, and settlement flows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - able to find solutions fast.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a sense of ownership over critical financial processes.
- Excellent English and communication skills.
- Based in (or open to relocate to) Limassol, Cyprus.
