We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Consultant (m/f/d) to join our team. As a Business Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing our software solutions for our clients in the CnB (Contract and Billing), WFM (Workforce Management) and Aviation sectors. You will work closely with clients, project teams, and vendors to analyse business requirements, design tailored solutions, and oversee the implementation process to ensure successful deployment and user adoption.

• Collaborate with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business requirements and operational workflows.
• Conduct detailed assessments of clients' existing operations, processes, and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system requirements documents.
• Develop process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams to visually represent processes, highlighting inputs, outputs, and decision points.
• Develop comprehensive implementation plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates, in collaboration with clients and project teams.
• Lead the configuration, customization, and integration of our solutions to align with clients’ specific business and operational needs in the CnB, WFM, and Aviation environments.
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, including data migration, testing, training, and change management activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams, third‑party vendors, and end‑users, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with overall project objectives.
• Support clients in basic and, if necessary, specific configurations.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and provide training to client personnel on functionality, processes, and best practices to support successful adoption and utilization.
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews and assessments to evaluate project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and capture opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Handle change requests and new implementations for existing clients, following the full project cycle (process review, coordination of development, testing, and deployment).
• Respond to and resolve support requests (e.g., configurations, issue resolution, support hotline, etc.).

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, information technology, or a related field.
• A master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in implementing software solutions in the CnB, WFM, or Aviation sectors, preferably in a consulting or project management role.
• Highly motivated to drive change and enjoy analysing, optimizing, and implementing business processes.
• General knowledge of logistics or operational processes is beneficial.
