Overview of the RoleThe UI Designer is responsible for crafting visually appealing and brand-consistent interfaces for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW), retail, and automotive financial services. This role ensures that digital touchpoints are both beautiful and functional, aligning with the customer experience strategy. Success in this role involves delivering exceptional design quality, driving innovation in interface design, and ensuring designs closely align with user journeys and business objectives.
WhatYou Will Do
- Design pixel-perfect user interfaces for mobile and web platforms.
- Develop and maintain design systems for consistency across products.
- Collaborate with UX and service designers to align visuals with journeys.
- Apply accessibility and responsiveness best practices.
- Ensure brand alignment across all customer-facing channels.
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
- Customer-obsessed mindset with a focus on user visual delight.
- Strong business acumen to balance aesthetics with business goals.
- Proficiency in typography, color, layout, and interaction design.
- Strong collaboration skills with UX, service designers, and developers.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of UI design experience, preferably in financial services.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital product UI work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development is a plus.
