We are looking for a proactive IT Support professional to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure smooth operation of all systems and networks.
Responsibilities- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve IT-related problems promptly.
- Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and manuals.
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are in place.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions on various systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement, installation, and support.
- Assist in IT projects, upgrades, and implementation of new technologies.
- Train staff on software usage, IT policies, and best practices.
