Salesforce Developer - Onsite

• Must have 5+ years of extensive hands-on Salesforce development experience. Responsible for configuration, development, unit testing, and deployment of capabilities and functionality.
• Extensive experience with Finance AR modules such as Invoice management, receipts, payments, and collections within the Account Receivable module for Real Estate on Salesforce.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Profiles/Roles, Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Flows, and Triggers.
• Experience with Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages/components, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and Lightning & Lightning Component Framework.
• Experience with Salesforce Portals and Communities.
• Configuring and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud following best practices.
• Collaborate with the finance team to understand requirements related to invoice management, receipts, payments, and collections.
• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet finance needs, ensuring integration with financial systems.
• Design and implement custom objects, fields, flows, and automation for real estate account receivable processes.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to Salesforce configurations.
• Experience with REST API and SOAP API integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills for high-level software and application issues.
• Ability to manage heavy workloads and projects with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer Certifications are required.
• Ability to work independently, understand business requirements, and translate into Salesforce solutions.
• Effective communication of solutions to technical and non-technical users, including end-user training.
