Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. They will also collaborate with the marketing team to enhance communication efforts and contribute to the overall digital presence of BAMX. As a Digital Marketing Specialist at BAMX, you will be responsible for driving qualified leads, strengthening the sales pipeline, and managing BAMX’s full digital presence.
This includes paid campaigns, SEO, CRO, analytics, and social media strategy and management across platforms.
- Manage paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, You Tube, Discovery, Tik Tok), remarketing, and media buying
- Develop digital strategy, channel mix, budgets, and forecasts
- Set up tracking (GA4, GTM, pixels), UTMs, dashboards, and ensure proper attribution
- Plan and test landing pages; run CRO initiatives (A/B tests, heatmaps, forms)
- Lead SEO roadmap (technical + content) in collaboration with Content and Development teams
- Plan, manage, and monitor social media presence across all platforms (content calendar, posting, engagement, performance reporting)
- Analyze performance, optimize weekly, and run experiments
- Coordinate with Sales on lead quality, routing, and speed-to-lead SLAs
- Manage agencies/freelancers when needed (SEM, programmatic, social media support)
- Provide daily/weekly reporting to the Marketing Director
- Monitor campaigns and create follow-ups on a daily basis
- Set up and manage marketing automation tools and platforms
- Build and maintain the digital marketing calendar for special events and campaigns
- Troubleshoot and optimize website UX issues
- Define customer journeys across multiple channels and company assets
- 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
- Strong expertise in GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and proficiency in Excel/Sheets
- Skilled in CAC / CPL / ROAS modelling and experimentation
- Experience in social media strategy, planning, and community management
- Experience in CRO, campaign optimization, and reporting
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Hub Spot preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Real estate industry experience is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
