** CMC Markets**, our End User Support team delivers exceptional internal IT service across our global business. We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused
** End User Support Specialist
** to join us in this varied role, you’ll provide
** 1st and 2nd line support
** to colleagues across desktop, laptop, and mobile devices, managing requests via chat, email, phone, and face-to-face. You’ll also support
** AV and video conferencing**, handle
** onboarding and offboarding**, and work closely with teams in
** London and Sydney
** to maintain our high service standards.
** What you’ll bring:
*** Strong knowledge of
** Windows environments**,
** Exchange**, and
** MS Teams
*** Excellent communication and multitasking skills
* A genuine passion for technology and customer service
** Nice to have:
*** Experience in
** ITIL or multi-tiered support
** environments* Knowledge of
** modern AV
** or
** Mac (JAMF)
** support
