Responsibilities- Application troubleshooting, configuration and maintenance.
- Application performance tuning and optimization.
- Resolution of tickets with quality and within SLA.
- Proactive monitoring and incidents analysis.
- Work flow maintenance and configuration.
- Very good hands‑on knowledge of SharePoint administration.
- Good knowledge of other content management systems such as Sitecore, Word Press.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Azure and Active Directory (AD).
- Very good knowledge of Oracle / MS SQL – SQL and stored procedures.
- Hands‑on experience with Power Shell and Unix commands.
- Good knowledge of web technologies such as C#.NET, JavaScript.
