About the Role

Our client, one of the fastest-growing proprietary trading firms in the world, is seeking a UI/UX Product Designer to shape the next generation of trading tools. This role offers a chance to design high-impact, data-driven web and mobile interfaces that empower traders globally.

As part of a cutting-edge team, you will turn complex financial workflows into seamless, intuitive user experiences partnering closely with business analysts, product managers, and developers to deliver powerful yet elegant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process in Figmaflows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
• Build and maintain a lightweight design system (tokens, components, accessibility guidelines).
• Design for web and mobile with attention to responsiveness, gestures, and low-network environments.
• Simplify complex trading rules and workflows into clear, user-friendly interfaces.
• Integrate gamification elements (progress, streaks, badges, challenges) to enhance engagement and performance.
• Conduct usability testing and iterative improvements based on feedback and analytics.
• Collaborate within Jira and Confluence
  , providing accurate documentation and supporting the engineering team through development.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 4 years experience designing web or mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems

• Proven ability to convert complex technical or financial processes into intuitive UX flows.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (BA, PM, and development).
• Solid understanding of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and structured documentation.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with in fintech, trading, or FX environments
  .
• Exposure to analytics behavioural design (Mixpanel, GA).
• Basic literacy in HTML/CSS for developer collaboration.
