Job Description of Solution Architecture – Dubai

• Background experience in BSS and CRM (Netcracker , Salesforce)
• Background experience in Netcracker cloud platform or similar [ Order Management , CIP , PIM,CIM, Care, Sales]
• Expert in Data Analysis , Integration Design document , Process Design document, SRS document.
• Do impact Analysis , Design Solution Architect

• Assist senior architects in designing and documenting technical solutions based on client requirements.
• Participate in requirement-gathering sessions, technical feasibility studies, and project planning.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure architectural consistency.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and propose integration ideas.
• Prepare presentations and technical documentation for stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales teams with technical input for proposals and solution demos.
• Learn and grow under the guidance of experienced professionals in a real-world IT environment.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in solution design, enterprise architecture, or cloud technologies.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, databases, and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
