The Pre-Sales Network Specialist will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to the sales team during the pre-sales process. This role involves analyzing client requirements, designing network solutions, and presenting these solutions to clients.

• Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements to design appropriate network solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals and presentations showcasing the technical aspects of the network solutions.
• Assist in identifying potential technical challenges and provide recommendations to address them effectively.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate technical details and advantages of proposed solutions.
• Work closely with the product development team to stay updated on new products and technologies to incorporate into proposed solutions.
• Manage and execute network support and implementation tasks as assigned by reporting supervisors or managers.
• Provide timely response and support for customer inquiries and technical issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in pre-sales or a similar technical role, preferably in networking solutions.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze client requirements and design appropriate network solutions to meet their needs.
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools to create technical proposals and presentations.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
