Paradox EN is building Paradox OS
, an operating system for human greatness powered by AI, behavioral science and design. The PM will shape this category‑defining product, turning growth into a living ecosystem of adaptive loops, protocols, pods and personalization.

Full‑time, remote from anywhere or based in Dubai, Paris or Lisbon.

• Product Strategy – translate the founder’s vision into a clear roadmap that connects business goals, user outcomes and technology priorities.
• User & Behavioral Insight – own user research, weekly conversations, data analysis and behavioral science conversions to transform insight into product hypotheses and tangible experiments.
• Product Development – ship MVPs, iterate weekly, validate with scientific methods, design loops, feedback and rituals that ensure growth is measurable.
• Analytics & Impact – define activation, retention, transformation and lifetime‑value metrics, report them to stakeholders and use insights to drive product decisions and marketing storytelling.
• AI & Innovation – prototype AI‑powered experiences, manage budget, maintain scale and balance emotional inspiration with precision.

• Experience – 3–6 years as PM / P.O. in EdTech, SaaS or consumer tech; bonus AI‑driven product or learning design experience.
• End‑to‑end shipped product with measurable results, comfortable with Figma and rapid prototyping.
• Traits – doer mentality, outcome‑oriented, user‑obsessed, analytical, system‑thinker, cross‑disciplinary curiosity, AI savvy.
• Languages – French native; fluent English for written and spoken communication.
