Description Flat Gigs  is hiring on behalf of our client — a UAE-based technology company building scalable digital and logistics platforms for modern enterprises. Their mission is to create high-performance, secure systems designed for long-term growth and operational excellence.
** About the Role
** We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Tech Lead) to design, build, and guide the development of a full-stack logistics platform using Django and React. You’ll lead backend architecture, develop responsive dashboards, and mentor the engineering team.
** Key Responsibilities
** Lead full-stack design and development using Django REST Framework and React.js  Architect scalable backend and frontend systems with robust APIs and data workflows  Build responsive dashboards with real-time data visualizations  Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business needs into code  Maintain CI/CD pipelines and enforce code quality standards  Explore and adopt new technologies to improve performance and scalability
** Requirements
* * 5+ years of full-stack development experience  Proficiency in Python (Django REST Framework), React, and Postgre

SQL  Strong knowledge of API design, cloud architecture, and CI/CD  Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
