Recruitment Partner – Luxury Hospitality

Overview

We are expanding our specialist Luxury Hospitality Recruitment Practice and are seeking an experienced Recruitment Partner with a proven track record recruiting for high-end hotels, resorts, private members’ clubs, and premium hospitality brands
.

This is a relationship-led, commercially focused role where you will partner with senior hospitality leaders, identify exceptional talent, and deliver high-quality placements across operational, executive, and specialist functions.

You will:

• Build trusted partnerships with luxury hospitality clients
• Deliver full lifecycle recruitment across premium hospitality roles
• Source exceptional talent through market mapping, networks, and search
• Grow long-term client relationships while achieving revenue targets
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring insight

• Recruitment experience within luxury hospitality (essential)
• OR operational experience within high-end hotels combined with recruitment experience
• Strong commercial mindset and relationship-building capability
• Proven delivery against placements or revenue targets
• Passion for the hospitality industry and talent excellence
