Overview
HR Operations Specialist (On-site, Dubai)
A leading family business based in Dubai is hiring within their Human Resources department. They are looking for an HR operations professional to keep core people processes running smoothly from day-one setup to ongoing employee support.
What you’ll do- Run day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle (joiners, movers, leavers).
- Own HR documentation and employee record accuracy, ensuring privacy and compliance.
- Respond to employee queries and prepare standard letters/requests with a service-first approach.
- Work with internal teams to ensure onboarding readiness and smooth exits.
- Support HR reporting, trackers, and periodic people initiatives.
- 5+ years in HR operations, HR shared services, or people administration.
- Strong organisation skills and a high standard of accuracy.
- Comfortable working with HR systems and Excel-based trackers.
- Clear, professional communication and a helpful, customer-oriented style.
- Understanding of UAE employment practices.
