Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Design and implement performance management frameworks and measurement tools across the organisation.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to support data-driven decision making by senior leadership.
- Analyse HR and workforce performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead job evaluation processes and ensure roles are aligned with organisational structure and strategy.
- Benchmark workforce productivity, compensation, and reward practices against industry standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Master’s degree is an advantage
- Proven experience in HR performance management, workforce analytics, or organisational development
- Strong IT and data analytics capability, including HR systems and digital reporting platforms
- Experience with job evaluation methodologies
- Experience with compensation and reward frameworks (highly desirable)
