• Process and manage the monthly payroll for school employees, including teachers and support staff.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure all employee salary details are updated.
• Calculate overtime, allowances, benefits, and salary deductions.
• Ensure payroll procedures comply with UAE labor laws and salary regulations.
• Work closely with HR and finance departments regarding employee records and salary adjustments.
• Prepare payroll reports and summaries for school management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
• Minimum 2–3 years of payroll administration experience, preferably in a school or educational environment.
• Knowledge of UAE labor law and payroll processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll management systems.

• Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are an advantage.
• Experience using payroll software like Oracle or SAP.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
