Internal Recruiter – Global Financial Services Advisory (Dubai-based)

We are seeking a seasoned Internal Recruiter to work alongside an exclusive mandate supporting a global advisory business with offices in Singapore, across Europe and the Middle East. This is a Dubai-based role (relocation support available) with regional and international travel expected as the business continues to grow.
The successful candidate will build and execute our in-house recruitment strategy, focusing primarily on front-office advisory and related functions within financial services.
Key Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for experienced hires (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding handover).
- Proactively source and headhunt high-calibre advisers and key support staff across Singapore, Europe and the Middle East.
- Develop and manage talent pipelines for core roles, including financial advisers, relationship managers and senior leadership.
- Work closely with senior management to refine role profiles, compensation structures and hiring priorities.
- Implement and optimise recruitment processes, tools and reporting to give visibility over pipeline and performance.
- Represent the brand at industry events, career fairs and networking functions, including international travel as required.
- Provide market insight on candidate availability, compensation trends and competitor activity.
- Minimum 5–7 years’ recruitment experience, with at least part of that in‑house or RPO; agency background considered if combined with strong stakeholder skills.
- Financial services recruitment experience strongly preferred – particularly wealth management, asset management, private banking, or related advisory environments.
- Proven track record as a self‑starter: able to build and manage your own desk, identify targets, and deliver against ambitious hiring plans with minimal hand‑holding.
- Highly self‑motivated, organised and comfortable working in a lean, fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and high‑earning advisers.
- Comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions and time zones.
- Mandarin language skills are a strong plus, given our growing Asia‑focused footprint.
- Experience presentation skills to C‑Suite and below.
- More‑than‑competitive basic salary commensurate with experience.
- Generous OTE of approx. $250,000 through a bonus structure directly linked to performance and successful hires.
- Dubai‑based position with relocation support for suitable international candidates.
- Travel included for key markets (Singapore, Europe and the Middle East) as needed.
