We are looking for a Manager – Talent Acquisition (UAE National) who’s not just filling roles, but shaping teams
, elevating experiences
, and driving strategic hiring outcomes across the board.

• Be a trusted hiring advisor to senior business leaders and HRBPs.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for key verticals, hiring top-tier talent across UAE and global locations.
• Transform hiring strategies using data, insights, and automation (ORC experience = major plus).
• Spearhead employer branding campaigns, strategic projects, and diversity hiring initiatives.
• Ensure a seamless, engaging candidate and hiring manager experience because every interaction counts.
• Mentor junior recruiters and play a role in shaping the future of Talent Acquisition at Mashreq
  .

• 6+ years of progressive TA experience (in-house or RPO), with proven success in high-volume, high-stakes hiring.
• Strong track record in stakeholder management
  , mid-to-senior hiring
  , and hiring in fast-paced industries (banking experience preferred, not essential).
• ATS fluency (Oracle Recruiting Cloud or similar), and data-driven decision-making
  .
• A passion for candidate experience
  , storytelling, and all things talent.
