One of our clients in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join their HR team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the talent acquisition process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding. The ideal candidate will be proactive, eager to develop recruitment skills, and passionate about creating a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles across departments.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job postings.
  • Support in organizing and scheduling interviews, conducting initial phone screenings, and updating applicant tracking systems.
  • Help manage candidate communications, ensuring a positive experience from application to onboarding.
  • Conduct research on recruitment trends and suggest new strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to support recruiting events, career fairs, and other outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR software is a plus.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn about different aspects of recruitment.
  • Hands‑on experience in recruitment and HR practices.
  • Networking opportunities and mentorship from HR professionals.
  • Potential for growth and full‑time placement upon successful completion of the internship.
