We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The HR Executive will support daily HR operations and play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Support in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
HR Operations & Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records (HRIS and personnel files).
- Prepare HR-related documents like employment contracts, letters, and certificates.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of leave applications, attendance records, and other employee data.
- Assist with payroll input and monthly reporting.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Assist in addressing employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
- Help in managing employee grievance processes and maintaining a positive work environment.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws.
- Assist in preparing reports related to headcount, turnover, and other HR metrics.
- Support in internal audits and HR documentation reviews.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a similar HR role.
- Proven experience in standalone HR roles highly recommended
- Hospitality industry experience is mandatory
- Strong understanding of HR functions and UAE labor law (or relevant local laws if outside UAE).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Proactive, with a problem-solving attitude.
