Role Description ;Working closely with the CEO the position includes an Administrative and HR Recruitment role.
The HR Recruitment role includes managing the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees and managing employee affairs.
The Administrative role includes working closely with the CEO on day-to-day affairs, managing employee travel plans, coordinating tasks on behalf of the CEO, managing meetings, manage documented processes, address daily issues and resolve issues.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience recruitment and HR management,
- Strong Organizational and Coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Dynamic and high energy person
- Team player, self starter and self initiative
- Bachelor's degree from a recognised university
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
