PositionSummary
We’re looking for a curious and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring team and gain hands‑on exposure to how a high‑growth tech business attracts and hires great talent.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate (Bachelors / Masters / MBA) who’s interested in the Recruitment function and building strong candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Talent Acquisition team across the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
- Assist with job postings, CV screening, coordinating interviews with candidates/ hiring managers and driving Employee Referral campaigns.
- Help map and improve the candidate journey, from first contact through onboarding.
- Support candidate communications to ensure a professional and engaging experience throughout the process.
- Work closely with HR Centres of Excellence, HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers across the business.
- Help maintain accurate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support basic reporting and tracking of recruitment metrics.
- Stay curious about hiring trends, interview best practices and the tech talent market.
- Bachelor’s degree (ideally Masters or MBA) in Human Resources or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to years of experience (internships or part‑time experience welcome).
- Strong interest in recruitment & people: You’re genuinely curious about how companies attract, assess and hire talent.
- Great communication skills: Clear, professional written and verbal communication when engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
- Organised & reliable: Able to manage multiple tasks, schedules and deadlines with attention to detail.
- People‑first mindset: Friendly, professional and respectful in all candidate interactions.
- Tech‑comfortable: Confident using digital tools and keen to learn ATS and HR systems.
- Positive, can‑do attitude: Proactive, eager to learn and happy to roll up your sleeves.
