We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our Dubai based team to lead and deliver HR initiatives across the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesTo provide strategic HR leadership and expert guidance to Company Executives, Business Development Managers, Executives, and Traders, enabling them to focus on driving global business growth.
Performance Management- Support the Senior Traders and leadership team in overseeing employee performance, ensuring clear objectives, accountability and measurable outcomes
- Lead the performance management process, including probation reviews, appraisals, KPI tracking, and development plans
- Provide guidance to Traders and leadership team on managing underperformance, delivering feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans where required
- Analyse performance data and trends to support informed decision making and continuous improvement
- Management of all aspects of the Employee Lifecycle, Onboarding, Probation Reviews, Management of Employee Records through to Offboarding
- Developing Management Information (MI) via the collection & analysis of employee data to improve HR and business processes
- Work with Managers to agree the setting/monitoring of KPI’s/Performance Targets to increase business revenue
- Management of the Visa and Immigration process, in accordance with frequently changing and bespoke local & global requirements
- Introduction and continuous development of HR Policies
- Ongoing review and management of employee engagement and 360 feedback initiatives
- Ensuring all Employee documentation is up to date and compliant with any legislative changes
- Advising and supporting on best practice approach across the Employee Life Cycle in accordance with UAE employment law
- Ensuring company documentation (e.g. Employment contracts/Consultant agreements etc.) are reviewed and updated regularly in line with local Legal requirements for all of the Countries that Magna operates in, working with local Counsel where necessary
- Headcount planning in line with business growth objectives
- Building and maintaining a job profile library for all company roles
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to manage the end to end hiring processes
You are a senior HR professional with a proven track record of providing strategic HR leadership, guiding performance management, and delivering solutions that drive business growth across multiple regions.
Experience- Demonstrable experience operating at HR Manager or HR Business Partner (HRBP) level
- Experience working in Financial Services, Currency Exchange, FX or Real Estate
- Must have a strong background in Employee Lifecyle, HR Operations & Performance Management
- Proven HR experience handling a broad range of Employee Relations (ER) matters
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Strong working knowledge of visa and immigration processes within the UAE
- Highly organised and able to multi-task
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Must have Excellent attention to detail
- Self-Starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Advanced English (verbal and written) required
