We’re looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end‑to‑end recruitment and attract top talent in the FOREX and financial services sectors.

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles across trading, analysis, sales, and compliance teams.
• Sourcing & Networking: Build talent pools, leverage job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify top candidates.

  Ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process and promote our employer brand.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to refine recruitment strategies.
• Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to understand needs and align recruitment with business goals.

• At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in FOREX or financial services.
• Strong understanding of the FOREX industry and roles such as traders, analysts, and compliance officers.
• Excellent communication, sourcing, and interview skills.
• Fluent in English, and proficiency in Mandarin is required as this role involves managing and communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
