We are seeking a HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Dubai based to drive strategic HR initiatives and support business growth, ensuring that our global team thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced crypto environment.
Job Responsibilities Business Support & Strategic Partnership- Develop a deep understanding of the Business Development (BD) business model, market objectives, and challenges, and formulate talent strategies aligned with overall business growth.
- Participate in annual planning and key BD initiatives, providing organizational design and human resources solutions to support strategic goals.
- Optimize organizational structures in line with the pace of business expansion and drive improvements in cross‑border collaboration efficiency.
- Identify business pain points and organizational risks, propose actionable improvement plans, and ensure effective execution.
- Partner closely with the recruitment team to define targeted talent profiles and recruitment strategies across different overseas markets.
- Lead sourcing and interview evaluations for critical and high‑impact roles to ensure successful hiring of core talent.
- Drive the implementation of performance management frameworks, ensuring alignment between performance outcomes and business results.
- Design and optimize differentiated incentive schemes (including compensation, bonuses, and long‑term incentives) tailored to overseas teams and regional market practices.
- Manage cross‑border employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local regulations and effective cultural integration.
- Promote corporate culture initiatives and foster a strong sense of identity and engagement within the global BD team, taking regional cultural differences into account.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to support business decision‑making, including insights on personnel costs, turnover rates, and productivity metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields are preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP), with proven experience supporting BD, marketing, or sales teams.
- Hands‑on experience supporting cross‑border or overseas teams, with strong capabilities in overseas recruitment and cross‑cultural management.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required
; additional language skills are a plus. - Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into practical, business‑oriented solutions.
- High resilience and adaptability, able to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic business environment.
