HR Recruiter (Female)
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote (Must be in the UAE on a Freelance/Family Visa)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for white-collar and blue-collar roles in Engineering, Oil & Gas, Construction, Renewable Energy, and IT sectors.
- Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and match candidates to client requirements.
- Post job ads, manage candidate pipelines, and engage both active and passive candidates.
- Handle overseas recruitment
, including visa processing, document verification, and compliance with UAE labor laws
. - Ensure all hiring practices align with MOHRE regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with teams to build strong candidate pools and improve recruitment efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- 3-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, Construction, Renewable Energy, or IT.
- Previous experience with a manpower supply company will be given preference.
- Proven experience in white-collar and blue-collar manpower recruitment
. - Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and overseas hiring
. - Excellent English communication;
Hindi is a plus. - Proficient in ATS Tools,MS Office Tools, Job portals, etc.
