URA HOMES REAL ESTATE LLC is a dynamic and fast-growing real estate brokerage firm based in Dubai, specializing in residential, off-plan, and investment properties across prime locations in the UAE. To support our expansion, we are looking to hire a proactive and result-oriented HR Manager with strong recruitment experience, particularly in hiring sales professionals and property consultants.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, onboarding).
  • Actively hire property consultants, sales managers, administrators, and marketing staff.
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-performing real estate agents.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Coordinate with management to understand manpower planning and expansion requirements.
2. HR Operations & Compliance
  • Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
  • Handle employee records, probation reviews, and confirmation processes.
  • Coordinate visa processing and employee onboarding formalities.
3. Performance & Employee Engagement
  • Monitor KPIs and performance of real estate brokers during probation.
  • Support management in performance evaluations and disciplinary matters.
  • Implement retention strategies and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Organize team-building activities and internal HR communications.
4. Policy Development & Administration
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure smooth HR operations within a fast-paced brokerage environment.
