A Leading Educational Center in Dubai is looking to hire a Bilingual Human Resources Manager (Speaks Arabic and English).
Key Responsibilities- Managing high volume of daily recruitment calls and short listing of candidates.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for the candidates.
- Document control and management.
- Coordinating and issuing health insurance for new joiners.
- Skill testing and assessments for potential candidates.
- On-boarding for hired employees.
- Maintaining the checklist of employees development plan.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments as necessary to ensure seamless operations.
- Support with procurement tasks.
- Monitor attendance and revise HR reports generated by the system.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and to meet daily KPI's.
- Excellent communication skills, in Arabic And English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
- Professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Knowledge on how to use MOHRE application is a +.
- Experience and knowledge in Labour Law in UAE.
