We are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting Success Factors solutions for our clients. If you have a strong background in Success Factors Employee Central (EC) Core, Employee Central Payroll, Time Off, Timesheet, and integration with third‑party tools, along with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and participate in SAP Success Factors Employee Central implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Demonstrate expertise in Success Factors modules including Employee Central Core, Employee Central Payroll, Time Off, and Timesheet.
- Drive end‑to‑end implementation projects for Employee Central with Time Off & Timesheet and Benefits.
- Understand and analyze business processes related to Core HR, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate Success Factors with other third‑party tools.
- Develop custom modules on BTP (Business Technology Platform) to meet specific business requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain a proactive approach to problem‑solving, demonstrating strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
- Minimum 8 years of SAP experience with a focus on Success Factors.
- Minimum 2 end‑to‑end implementation experiences in Success Factors Employee Central with Time Off & Timesheet and Benefits.
- Certification in Success Factors Employee Central is mandatory.
- Hands‑on experience with building custom modules on BTP.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading teams for EC implementation projects.
- Experience in the Big 4 or banking domain is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both technical and non‑technical.
