Job PurposeSupport the HR Operations Manager in managing and executing HR operations by ensuring governance, compliance, and seamless support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs). Play a key role in maintaining accurate processes and records throughout the employee lifecycle, enabling effective organizational operations and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary HR Operations contact for HRBPs, ensuring the smooth execution of people initiatives and employee lifecycle processes.
- Support HRBPs during organizational changes, including restructures, role updates, and documentation management.
- Guide HR Officers in efficiently and accurately carrying out HRBP-related operations.
- Maintain HRMS data integrity, ensuring audit compliance for all approved HRBP actions.
- Coordinate all aspects of the new hire process—from checklists and documentation to access, onboarding communication, and arranging equipment.
- Oversee visa and work permit processes with vendors, ensuring timely and accurate completions.
- Ensure new employees are registered for mandatory training and insurance, and that all onboarding formalities are completed.
- Monitor and reconcile attendance, leave reports, and vendor invoices, highlighting concerns as needed.
- Manage administrative tasks such as ensuring insurance details are updated, purchase requisitions are in place, and HR records are up to date.
- Facilitate clear communication and support regarding HR policies, onboarding, training, and administrative changes with stakeholders.
- Execute all steps for employee exits, including notifying relevant departments, asset return processes, and managing cancellations of benefits and legal documents.
- Issue necessary employment certifications and letters promptly.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR or a related field.
- HR certification preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience, ideally within the banking industry.
- Solid knowledge of UAE Labor Law and government relations best practices.
- Strong data integrity and HRMS management experience.
- Proficient in attendance management, HR administration, and report analytics.
- Excellent communication, client orientation, and teamwork skills.
- High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
