One of the leading supermarket retail groups in the Middle East is looking for a passionate and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations across its UAE stores.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, people-focused, and experienced in managing HR functions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Location - DUBAI

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to store managers and employees across assigned locations.
  • Oversee smooth execution of HR processes including onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee record management.
  • Manage onboarding and induction for new store employees.
  • Support store manpower planning and coordinate hiring needs with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Handle employee movements such as transfers, promotions, role changes, and exits.
  • Administer exit formalities including resignations, clearance, and final settlements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
  • Support performance management discussions and improvement plans.
  • Conduct regular store visits to maintain HR visibility and engagement.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and retail SOPs.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics to support business and workforce decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail sector
    .
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, multi-store environment.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
