We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end hiring across the company, with a focus on Sales and Business Development roles. This role will also support Back Office, Product, and operational hiring as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full recruitment cycle: briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategy and role profiles.
  • Maintain candidate engagement and communication.
  • Conduct market mapping, salary benchmarking, and competitive research.
  • Provide weekly/monthly recruitment reporting.
Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in fast‑growing tech / fintech.
  • Strong sourcing abilities (direct search, boolean search, mapping).
  • Experience hiring Sales, BD, and operational roles.
  • Strong interviewing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Data‑driven and process‑oriented.
