Overview
Help AG is looking for a talented HR Associate - Resident Resource who will take responsibility for coordinating resources provided by Help AG to customers to join as part of their organization’s IT security team, for a contractual period. The HR Associate would participate in the entire resourcing lifecycle, starting with requirements alignment with the customer, recruiting, onboarding, contracts, commercials, until offboarding or re-integration.
Responsibilities- Execute the entire lifecycle of resident resourcing (search, selection, onboarding, performance improvement plans and offboarding).
- Advertise open roles on company websites and professional networking sites like Linked In.
- Coordinate with external recruiters/agencies for sourcing candidates and initial shortlisting.
- Coordinate with the customer and facilitate selection.
- Coordinate security clearances and other onboarding pre-requisites gathering.
- Monitor the onboarding of resources, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan travel and accommodation, orientation, email IT asset assignment, and customer-site deployment.
- Participate in meetings with customers and prepare reports when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of resident resources, including contact details, compensation, project numbers, appraisal history, and any special considerations or arrangements.
- Create templates for performance reviews.
- Coordinate resident resource contracts (SOW, CRs & Performance).
- Collect time sheets from resources deployed at various customer sites.
- Day-to-day coordination with resources on various operational activities.
- Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration / Information Systems / Computer Engineering or relevant industry experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1–2 years in technical recruitment (IT or cybersecurity preferred).
- Experience in technical recruitment, preferably within IT or cybersecurity domains (network security, SOC, cloud, OT/IT security).
- Expert skills in the use of ATS systems such as Recruitee, Linked In Recruiter, etc.
- Active listener with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate well with others.
- Knowledge and understanding of UAE Labor Laws, Immigration, MOHRE and CICPA requirements, procedures, and limitations.
- Expert skills in productivity tools such as Office 365, ITSM, HRMS Systems, etc.
- Knowledge and understanding of the PMI Project Management Framework is a plus.
- Significant experience in stakeholder and communication management.
- People-management and conflict-management.
- Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to influence and manage customer expectations.
