HR Manager

Overview

Looking for a strategic and analytical HR Performance Manager to drive organizational effectiveness through data-driven HR strategies. This role is responsible for designing and implementing performance management frameworks, leading job evaluation processes, and overseeing reward and compensation practices.

• Analyse HR and organisational performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design, implement and maintain performance management frameworks and measurement tools.
• Benchmark workforce performance against industry standards to support continuous improvement.
• Track and report on workforce productivity, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment between people strategies and organisational goals.
• Develop and present performance dashboards, reports, and recommendations.
• Lead the job evaluation process to ensure roles are accurately assessed and aligned with organisational structure.
• Review and benchmark compensation and rewards to support fair, competitive, and equitable reward practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Proven experience in HR performance management, workforce analytics, or organizational development.
• Strong IT background with proficiency in data analytics tools, HR systems and digital reporting platforms.
• Experience in job evaluation methodologies and reward frameworks is highly desirable.
