• Source, attract, and engage candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and direct headhunting
• Create and publish job advertisements aligned with client job descriptions and hiring requirements
• Screen CVs and conduct structured interviews (phone, video, in-person) to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely shortlisting for multiple active roles
• Act as the main point of contact from sourcing and interview coordination to offer management & onboarding.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a recruitment agency handling end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles & industries.
• Strong skills in sourcing candidates via job portals, referrals, networking, and direct headhunting.
• Proven ability to screen CVs and conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
