HR Executive

Trustbend Packers & Movers, a trusted name in logistics and relocation services, is seeking a dedicated and people-focused HR Executive to join its team in Dubai
. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is passionate about employee engagement, compliance, and supporting business growth through effective human resource practices.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws
• Support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management
• Handle employee relations matters and assist in resolving workplace issues
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization
• Coordinate training programs, performance reviews, and appraisal processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
• Assist management with HR reports and workforce planning

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, preferably within the UAE
• Sound knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
